• how to move safely and confidently

No experience needed — just come curious and ready to try something new!

What to Expect

• Beginner-paced instruction

• Small class sizes

• Supportive, encouraging vibes

• A full-body workout that feels empowering and fun

What to Wear / Bring

For safety & comfort: • Fitted / compression-style athletic wear

• No loose or flowy clothing

• No jewelry

• Bring water 💧

• Socks optional
