Aerial Fitness – Intro Class

New to aerial? You’re in the right place ✨

This Aerial Fitness Intro Class is a fun, beginner-friendly way to explore the silks and see what aerial fitness is all about.

You’ll learn: • how the silks work

• basic grips and supported movements

• simple transitions on and off the apparatus

• how to move safely and confidently

No experience needed — just come curious and ready to try something new!

What to Expect

• Beginner-paced instruction

• Small class sizes

• A full-body workout that feels empowering and fun

What to Wear / Bring

For safety & comfort: • Fitted / compression-style athletic wear
