Q: Is it open yet?
A:
Yes! The first round of equipment is installed and ready for use. There is more than enough equipment to get a great workout. So much more to come in the future!
Q: If I
become a founding member when will I be charged?
A:
Your first charge will be immediate. You will pay your first three
months at signing and then three months from the date you first check
in (not sign up) you will be on an automatic $35 per month plan (plus
applicable taxes).
Q: Is Iron Gym 24-hour
access?
A: Not yet. There
are a few remaining construction and system pieces that need to be
completed before 24-hour access can be activated. We chose to open
the space first so people can begin training as soon as possible,
rather than waiting for everything to be finished. Our timeline for
24/7 access is approximately 90 days.
Q: How
much is membership?
A:
We’re launching with a Founding Members program (official
announcement coming very soon). Founding Members will be locked in at
$35/month for life, regardless of future upgrades, expansions, or
pricing changes. Regular memberships will be $45/month once the
Founders spots are filled. This is a one-time opportunity to get in
early — and it won’t be offered again.
Q:
Will the gym be fully equipped at opening?
A:
Iron Gym will open with everything a strength and conditioning
athlete needs to train effectively. The space includes three power
racks, a deadlift platform, cardio equipment, functional trainer
cable machine, extensive dumbbells, bands, and a full range of
accessories for complete training. That said, this gym is
intentionally being built to grow with the community, so there will
be regular improvements and equipment additions over time. We’re
committed to expanding the space and offerings as quickly and
responsibly as possible, based on member needs and usage.
Q:
What will the opening hours be?
A:
During the initial opening phase, Iron Gym will operate during
standard business hours (typically 8am–6pm daily) while final
access systems are completed. This allows us to open the space
quickly and safely. Once construction and access systems are
finalized, we will transition to 24-hour access (estimated within ~90
days).
Q: Who is Iron Gym for?
A:
Iron Gym is built for people who are serious about training and
long-term health — not for those looking for the fluff of a
cookie-cutter, big-box gym experience. The space is designed around
real strength training, conditioning, and performance. It’s led by
Todd Renshaw, who has over a decade of serious lifting experience, a
background in certified training, and extensive education in human
anatomy, movement, and health sciences. That said, Iron Gym welcomes
anyone who is committed to learning, growing, and training with
purpose — whether you’re experienced or just starting your
strength journey.
Q: Why are you building Iron
Gym?
A: Iron Gym exists
because Todd and his wife, Dr. Sarah Renshaw, DC, genuinely care
about serving people. Both come from extensive healthcare and
wellness backgrounds, and they’ve long shared a vision of creating
a space that goes beyond treatment alone — a place that brings
together healthcare, wellness, fitness, and community. Iron Gym is
being built as part of that vision: a facility where people can
experience strength, movement, and long-term health in one place.
This isn’t just a business project — it’s something built with
real investment, real work, and real heart for the people it’s
meant to serve.
Q: How does Iron Gym fit into
Renshaw Innovations and your other services?
A:
Occasional chiropractic care, therapy, or fitness classes are
important — but true health and wellness go far beyond
appointments. Ultimately, taking care of your body is a daily
responsibility. Iron Gym exists to give people a place to do exactly
that. It completes the wellness model by creating a space where
people can actively invest in their own strength, fitness, and
long-term health, alongside the care and services already offered
through Renshaw Innovations. Together, it creates a full-circle
approach to wellness — not just treatment, but transformation.
Q: Why should people join early / become a Founding Member?
A:
Becoming a Founding Member means more than just early access — it
means lifetime savings, priority perks, and the opportunity to help
shape the future of Iron Gym. Founding Members aren’t just joining
a gym; they’re becoming part of something that’s still being
built. Early members will have a voice in growth, upgrades, and
direction, and will always be recognized as part of the foundation
that helped bring Iron Gym to life.
Q:
Are classes included with a gym membership?
A:
No. Gym memberships are separate from fitness classes. Classes (such
as bungee, aerial, cardio drum, and other group fitness programs) are
offered as separate services and memberships. This allows members to
choose exactly what they want to participate in without being forced
into bundled pricing.
Q: Are sauna, and
red light, included with gym membership?
A:
Yes! These require staff so will only be available during business
hours.
Q: Is there a family plan or day
pass option?
A:
At launch, Iron Gym will focus on individual memberships only. Family
plans and day pass options may be considered in the future as the gym
grows and operations stabilize.
Q: Can I
upgrade my membership later?
A:
Yes. Members will be able to upgrade into therapy packages, class
memberships, and combined wellness programs at any time as additional
services and packages are released.
Q:
Who do I contact with questions about membership or upgrades?
A:
For membership questions, upgrades, or support, please contact
Renshaw Innovations directly through the front desk, phone, or text
314-380-0085. Our team will help guide you to the right option based
on your goals.
Q: Will there be
different membership tiers in the future?
A:
Yes. As Iron Gym grows, additional membership options, bundled
packages, and integrated wellness plans will be introduced. Founding
Members will retain their locked-in gym rate regardless of future
changes or expansions.
Q: Can I use the gym without participating in classes or spa
services?
A:
Absolutely. Iron Gym is designed to function as a standalone strength
and conditioning gym. Membership is available for gym access only,
with no requirement to participate in classes, therapy services, or
spa programs.
Q: Can I add classes or
wellness services later if I start with gym-only?
A: Yes. Members can add classes, therapy services, and wellness programs at any time. Iron Gym is designed as a modular wellness system where you choose what fits your lifestyle and goals.
